How much will burglars have to pay me wonders,and will like murderers get a really big bill? Will drug dealers pay, Will there be a charge for getting a speeding ticket now? If they can't catch the burglars will they bill the victim for forensic services, such as fingerprinting,photography,statement taking ,fuel, donuts....HAHAHAHAAAAAA
Will we see any innovative marketing, like double points days,or discounts for 2 or more charges? How much discount for pensioners?
